Information processed

We process your email address and authentication records, connection labels, collector versions, software and package names and versions, integration coverage, and report times. Linux reports include distribution, kernel, and architecture. WordPress reports include core, PHP, database software metadata, installed plugins and themes. We use limited request metadata to protect the service against abuse.

Collectors use their existing permissions and upload metadata after approval. They are designed to exclude credentials, application content, database records, logs, and full filesystem paths.

Use and providers

We use this information to authenticate you, connect collectors, store inventories, show observed changes, and operate the service. Cloudflare hosts the service and database. Amazon SES delivers sign-in codes. When you use the ChatGPT integration, the requested report data is shared with OpenAI and processed under your OpenAI account’s terms and settings.

Retention and controls

The latest inventory remains while its connection exists. Change records are available for seven days and expired records are pruned hourly. Confirmed disconnection revokes uploads and deletes the connection’s records from the active database. Cloudflare-managed recovery history may retain deleted records for up to 30 days. We do not routinely restore that history.

Authentication and abuse-prevention records are retained as needed for their configured security lifetimes. Contact support@gauchoplugins.com to request account deletion or ask about your data. We verify identity before account-wide deletion.
